  • Staff will cross-check requested time slot availability, attendee count and compliance with all venue usage rules
  • Customers receive a formal booking confirmation email only after successful manual approval from internal administration staff
  • No customer may enter or occupy the photography studio without receiving the official manual confirmation notification

  • The requested rental time slot has unoccupied studio capacity in our internal scheduling system
  • Customer submitted information (contact details, visitor quantity) is complete and verifiable
  • The planned photoshoot activity complies fully with venue service scope and site usage restrictions listed on our website

2.2 Circumstances Where Manual Booking Requests Will Be Rejected

  • The selected rental window has already been reserved by another party prior to your submission
  • Proposed on-site activity violates venue operation limits, including unapproved large-scale filming or restricted messy materials
  • Submitted contact data is incomplete, invalid or unresponsive to our follow-up verification messages
  • Excessive group size exceeds the maximum permitted visitor limit stated within each studio rental product listing

3. Time Limits For Manual Review & Follow-Up

  • Initial manual review period: All booking requests are processed within 24 working hours from the moment of online submission
  • If our team requires additional supporting information to complete validation, customers must reply to our enquiry email within 48 calendar days; failure to respond results in automatic cancellation of the pending booking request
  • Once manual approval is issued, customers must notify our team of any changes to their booking details at minimum 72 hours before the scheduled rental start time for re-verification
  • All rejected booking requests retain record storage for 90 calendar days for internal scheduling reference before secure permanent deletion

4. Customer Obligations During Manual Booking Validation
