• Maximum guest limits per studio room must be strictly followed
• All lighting equipment, backdrops, furniture and props must be used carefully and returned to original position
• Any damage, stains, breakages or excessive cleaning required will result in repair or cleaning fees
• No loud disruptive behaviour, illegal activities or commercial activities outside photography usage

Intellectual Property & Website Content

All website design, images, studio photos, text content, layout and branding are fully owned by K7 INVESTMENTS LIMITED. No content may be copied, reproduced, edited, distributed or reused for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

Customers’ photos taken inside the studio remain the property of the customer. However, website usage rights, studio branding and all site media remain exclusive to our company.
