This policy applies immediately to all photography studio booking orders and all payments submitted via our website.
Scenarios that qualify for a full 100% refund
You will receive every penny you paid back fully in the below situations:
- You send a cancellation request within 14 calendar days after placing your booking, before we complete manual review and send your official booking confirmation email
- Our team rejects your booking during manual review, due to fully occupied time slots, incomplete customer information or unapproved photoshoot activities
- We have to shut the studio down for essential maintenance, equipment breakdown or full venue closure, meaning we cannot provide your reserved shooting space
- You notify us of cancellation more than 7 full calendar days ahead of your scheduled photography session start time
Scenarios that qualify for a partial refund
We return a fixed percentage of your total payment based on how early you cancel:
- Cancellation notice sent 4 to 6 days before your shoot start date: 50% refund of total payment
- Cancellation notice sent exactly 3 days before your shoot start date: 25% refund of total payment
Circumstances where no refund will be issued
No funds can be returned under any of the following circumstances:
- You send cancellation notice less than 3 full calendar days before your confirmed studio rental time
- You fail to show up for your booked session, with zero advance written cancellation email sent to our official inbox
- You arrive over 15 minutes late to your reserved slot and choose to leave without completing your photoshoot on site
- You cause permanent stains, tears, scratches or breakages to studio lighting, backdrops, furniture and props during your rental period; repair fees will be deducted from your full payment with no partial refund offered
- Our on-site staff terminate your session early because you break core venue usage rules, such as bringing messy staining materials, exceeding maximum visitor limits or carrying out unapproved large-scale filming
- You cancel due to personal schedule conflicts, traffic delays, third-party service failures or minor dissatisfaction with studio decor and lighting setup
How to submit a valid cancellation request
All cancellation applications must be sent by email to info@k7venue.com, verbal messages via phone, social media or in-person talks cannot be processed for refunds. Please include all the details below in your email:
- Your unique booking reference number generated when you completed your online order
- Exact date and time slot you wish to cancel
- Your full legal name matching the contact information stored on your booking record
- A clear statement confirming you want to cancel the photography studio hire order
Clear refund processing & arrival timeline
- Our admin team checks and verifies your cancellation request within 2 working days after receiving your formal email
- Once your refund request gets approved, we send funds back to your original payment source within 5 working days
- After we release the refund amount, external banking providers may take an extra 2–3 calendar days to display the money inside your personal account balance; this waiting period is out of our operational control
- If your refund application fails to meet our rules, we will send a denial email with clear explanations within the same 2 working day review window
Important Liability Disclaimer
We do not take responsibility for any indirect losses caused by booking cancellation, including pre-booked travel costs, makeup artist or stylist deposits, external equipment rental fees and lost commercial shooting revenue. All refund percentages and time thresholds listed on this page are fixed with no flexible adjustments. Sending a cancellation email does not guarantee automatic refund approval; every submission goes through manual staff check against our published rules. We will not offer extra cash compensation, studio credit or replacement booking vouchers alongside any processed refunds. We may update these cancel and refund terms occasionally to match venue operation needs, and the latest published version always applies to your booking.
