- Return equipment key to reception and clear all personal items before exiting the venue
Clear Service Scope Restrictions
Optimised for lifestyle portrait sessions, small-batch product catalogue photography, influencer social media reels and creator portfolio building. Full-length commercial video production and heavy industrial filming equipment are prohibited within the studio space.
Full Disclaimer Terms Including Allergen & Surface Risk Notes
Any booking cancellation submitted less than 48 hours before your reserved session will incur a 50% retention fee of total rental value. The booking party is fully responsible for returning all props, lighting and furnishing items to their original storage positions before departure. The studio is not suitable for messy creative materials including paint, cosmetic glitter, adhesive powders and edible food items. Prop storage containers contain woven fabric, solid wood and foam decorative pieces which may trigger skin or respiratory allergies for sensitive visitors; all space use is accepted at the renter’s sole risk. Permanent stains, rips or breakages to studio assets will require full financial compensation from the booking party.
