Studio headshot slots operate Monday to Saturday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Sunday slots available upon special advance request). Venue entry location and access codes are delivered automatically to customer email 1 hour prior to your reserved portrait session start time.

No monetary refunds will be issued for complete no-show headshot appointments without minimum 48-hour advance cancellation notice. All portrait lighting fixtures must be operated following the printed equipment guide to avoid lamp damage. The dedicated white backdrop surface is easily stained; food, drinks and glitter-heavy makeup products are strictly prohibited within the headshot studio to prevent permanent discolouration. The executive portrait chair features synthetic upholstery fabric which carries mild allergen risk for visitors sensitive to man-made textile materials; all headshot studio usage is accepted at the renter’s own independent risk.
