Fixed half-day rental windows run either 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM daily. Full venue access documentation including secure entry codes is delivered to customer email 4 hours before the reserved start time.

- Confirm full venue tidiness with on-site staff before vacating the studio space
Clear Service Scope Restrictions
Designed for professional corporate portraiture, brand marketing content, medium-sized product catalog production and full creative portfolio photoshoots. External film crew teams, large-scale commercial video recording and oversized industrial production gear are prohibited within the studio bounds.
Full Disclaimer Terms Including Allergen & Surface Risk Notes
No partial monetary refunds will be issued for unused portions of your 4-hour half-day rental window. The booking party must return all lighting, backdrop, furniture and prop assets to their designated storage positions prior to departure. The studio space is not engineered to support wet media, liquid art supplies or heavily staining creative materials. All decorative props contain woven textiles, foam padding and natural wood components which carry mild allergen risk for visitors sensitive to synthetic fibres or wood dust; all venue usage is undertaken at the renter’s independent risk. Any permanent damage, tears or surface staining to studio fixtures will require full cost compensation from the booking party.
