All full-day 8-hour studio production bookings receive formal priority written confirmation within 48 working hours of completed checkout payment. Fixed full-day rental windows run strictly from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM daily with no flexible evening extension access included. Full venue access documentation including secure entry codes and dual shooting zone layout map is delivered to customer email 6 hours before your reserved full-day production start time. A 20% non-refundable booking deposit is collected at checkout to secure limited full-day studio availability.

Designed exclusively for all-day small-scale creative production: brand marketing campaign shoots, large-batch e-commerce product catalog photography, multi-outfit full portfolio creation and multi-scene influencer content series filming. Large external film production crews, commercial feature-length cinema recording and oversized industrial filming rigs are strictly prohibited within the full-day dual-zone studio space.

The 20% initial booking deposit paid at checkout is fully non-refundable for any cancellation request submitted fewer than 7 calendar days before your reserved full-day production session. The booking party accepts complete financial liability for all lost, cracked, torn or permanently stained lighting, backdrop, furniture and prop assets within the dual-zone studio space. The full-day production studio is not engineered to accommodate wet liquid media, pigmented paints, edible food products and heavily glittered cosmetic styling materials which create irreversible permanent surface damage. The 30-piece premium prop collection contains woven linen textiles, solid natural wood furniture, synthetic foam padding and live botanical foliage which carry combined mild allergen risk for visitors sensitive to plant pollen, wood dust or synthetic fabric fibres; all full-day studio production activity is undertaken at the renter’s sole independent risk.
