All reservation requests receive formal email confirmation within 24 working hours of completed checkout. Studio access slots operate daily between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Access instructions including location map and entry codes are sent 2 hours prior to your scheduled start time.

Clear Service Scope Restrictions
Suitable for corporate headshots, small-sized product photography, Instagram/TikTok social media content creation and casual personal portrait shoots. Large-scale commercial film recording, oversized production gear and live audience filming are strictly excluded from this rental package.

All studio reservations are subject to real-time space availability and formal booking confirmation. No partial or full monetary refunds will be issued for late arrival, early departure or no-show appointments. All lighting, backdrop and furnishing equipment must be operated with reasonable care; the booking party accepts full financial liability for permanent stains, tears, cracks or breakages to all on-site assets. The studio environment prohibits all food, drinks and liquid substances to prevent permanent fabric and floor staining. Domestic animals are not permitted inside the studio space unless pre-approved via written advance notice. Fabric and paper materials present within the venue may trigger mild textile-related allergies for sensitive visitors; all space usage is undertaken at the renter’s own risk.
